Ooof

Can we say busy? I would tell you all the stories from DC, but I'm sure I'd bore everyone. So to begin with I think I'll just say I saw most of the cool things there is to see in DC, and I had the best group to hang out with. Many things were established that will confuse others observing rather stupid looking activities or conversations.

Yesterday, I had a good adventure. It included going downtown and traveling like the independent person I was.

I went down to Seattle with my mom when she went to work, and got the tour of her office. Then I went to this little coffee shop which was really good. I got a cinnamon roll and grande sized mocha for under $5. As you can tell by the price, it most definitely wasn't Starbucks.

I headed over to Pike Place Market after that. Hardly anything is open that early, so I just kinda zoomed through. Then I saw that the tulips were set up and being sold for $1 each stem. Being the charming young man I am, I decided to get one for my mom and show off to her co-workers how well she brought up her kids. Of course it worked. The ladies were all frazzled and my mom had to get off the phone she was so surprised. Honestly though, I just got the tulip for my mom because I thought it would be nice. How shallow do you think I am?

I kinda just wandered around the Westlake and Pacific Center shopping areas till lunch since that meant mom would buy me lunch if I was close by at the time. We got fish and chips with chowder at this one place. The waiter was getting me mad. After a day of walking around, I was thirsty, and drank so many glasses of water, but he kept taking forever to give the water to me! I was going INSANE!

I've been looking for a kind of promise ring thing to represent my commitment to keeping myself pure. I wanted it to be a celtic ring since that stuff is neato and I have some Irish in my blood. So I found this kilt store that had Celtic rings for sale. They were for sale for $40, but I didn't want to spend that much. Eventually I got the lady at the store to bring the price down to $35. I was pretty proud of myself.

The U District was beginning to look mighty nice right about this time of day, so I took the bus over there.

First stop after I got off was definitely WOW Bubble Tea. SOOO good. Then I walked around campus for a while. Not to be big headed or any thing, but I think these two college girls were checking me out. If only they knew I'm 16. haha.

My bro and I met up after he was done with classes. We kicked it at his place and then talked about.....well you probably know what. Then we went to Trader Joe's. We always get the chocolate covered fruit jellys, so good. I told him about my trip back at his place and we ate the bars. I love catchin up with my brother. I get to do it again on Saturday. I'm pretty pumped.

Mom picked us up after that and we drove around and had Dick's. A very exciting day full of grand adventures.

I think I might consider living on the east coast when I get older. We'll see.
